TEP Frat Brothers at UConn

I recently scanned the attached photos and shared with my family. According to my dad, this was the first chapter of TEP, the Jewish fraternity…but I am not sure if it was the actual first chapter anywhere or only at UConn.

No matter which, it still has historical significance. The only guys I can identify are three: • Louis Block (my late dad, and a well-known Manchester dentist) (top row, far left) • Felix “Fif” Waxman (my late cousin, attorney and well –known member of Emanuel and the Minyonnaires as well as father of Sally Henowitz) (top row, 2nd from left) • Julian Perlstein (I believe he was the brother of Emma Cohen, founding member of JHS) (2nd row from bottom, 2nd from left) TEP Frat Brothers, UCONN, ca 1942
