Biographical / Historical
James and Morton are the sons of Judge Solomon Elsner, born in the 1920s in Hartford. James served with the Army Air Corps in World War II, continued in the air force until 1971, and worked at G.Fox. Morton practiced law in Hartford and was elected president of the Hartford Public Library's board of directors in 1986.
