Biographical / Historical
Dobrutsky's grandparents came to New York City in 1980, and her parents came to Hartford in 1944. Gladys remained in NY until 1948, where she married Nathan Dworkin and had two sins, Irwin and David. She worked as a registered nurse. The Brooklyn Jewish Center was the center of her social life.
